On May 16, 2024, Historic Takoma, Inc., licensee of WOWD-LP, 94.3 FM, Takoma
Park, Maryland, filed an application with the Federal Communications Commission for consent
to assign the station to Takoma Radio, Inc. Members of the public wishing to view this
